Keio Plaza Hotel's Measures to Prevent
the Spread of Infection of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

TOKYO -The Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo(KPH), one of Japan's most prestigious international hotels located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, places the highest priority upon ensuring the health and safety of both our guests and employees. We implement various measures to prevent the spread of infection of the Novel Coronavirus with a view to “new normal” practices based on government guidelines. Furthermore, we have produced a video to showcase our Hotel's measures against the infection of the Novel Coronavirus.

We have expanded the distance between seats in restaurants and meeting rooms to secure social distancing, disinfected facilities and equipment that are frequently touched, ventilated facilities with fresh air, and asked guests to take temperature checks and sanitize their hands throughout the hotel.

At employees entarance, hand sanitation and tempeature camera checks are thoroughly implemented. Also, all employees are required to wear masks, wash and sanitize their hands frequently, and complete daily health self-reports. Ensuring the safety and health of our guests and employees, we are fully committed to taking appropriate precautions to provide safe and healthy environment.
