Our 4 Star Tokyo Hotel Facilities

Due to repairs of the 7th floor Sky Pool and floor garden this summer, the pool will be closed for the 2008 season. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this causes our guests and customers.

Stair-climbers , running machines and muscle-building machines have been set up for your exclusive use on a free of charge basis. Open from 5:00 until 22:00

Call on the Bell Captain's Desk if you want your luggage brought to your room upon arrival at Keio Plaza and to have it down again as you leave. The Bell Captain will also be happy to call a cab to pick you up, check the schedule for limousine bus service, or have a package delivered to a nearby location via door-to-door courier.

Please check your valuables with the Cashier on the Lobby floor . The Management will not be responsible for valuables which are not checked.

You may change your money to Japanese Yen at the Front Cashier's Desk.

Messages and/or mail addressed to guests during their stay will be received by the Front Desk. Guests will be notified for delivery or pick up.

The drugstore on the lobby floor is open from 8:00 to 22:00

30th floor Hours : Mon ~ Fri , 9:00 ~ 12:30 / 14:00 ~ 17:30 The first and third Sat . 9:00 ~ 12:00 noon / The second and fourth Sat . and Sun . Holidays closed .

7th floor (reservations required) Hours : 11:00 ~ 19:00

7th floor Hours : 10:00 ~ 18:30 ( Sat . ,Sun . 9:30 ~ 18:30) Kimono make up & dressing Hours : 10:00 ~ 18:00

6th floor Hours : 10:00 ~ 18:30

Kimonos for men and women as formal suits and evening gowns . 3 rd floor Hours : 10:00 ~ 19:00

Public parking is available in both the Main Tower basement and South Tower basement.
