We invite you to experience ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement, using seasonal
blossoms. With the gentle support of our instructor, even beginners can enjoy this hands-on activity and

Experience Kakizome, a uniquely Japanese New Year’s tradition where you express your goals and
aspirations for the year using brush and ink. We are honored to welcome the Awazu parent-child duo, renowned
for their work on global stages such as international conferences and embassy events, as our
instructors.
They will guide you through the origins of kakizome, how to hold the brush properly, and techniques for
writing beautifully.
Optional: With the purchase of a folding fan, your name will be written in kanji on the fan’s frame and
presented as a keepsake.
