Smooth Check-in

The Keio Plaza Hotel is pleased to announce the introduction of a streamlined check-in system using the dedicated app ‘NEC Smooth Check-in’ for smart phones and tablets.

You can register on the 'NEC Smooth Check-In' app up to three days prior to your arrival date. You will need your reservation number issued at the time of booking to successfully complete the registration process.

Simply follow these steps:
1) After making your hotel reservation, download the 'NEC Smooth Check-in' app.
2) Register the required personal information in the app.
Link your registered information and existing hotel reservation by entering the reservation number in the app.
3) Upon arrival at the hotel, check in at one of the self-check-in tablets in the lobby by choosing either 'Facial Recognition' or 'QR Code'.
4) Settle your bill, if you have not already paid in advance.
5) Create your room keycard(s) at the kiosk.

・ Depending on your reservation details, plan, and/or the cleaning status of your assigned room, there may be cases where Smooth Check-in is not available.
