Weekdays (excluding the year-end and New Year holidays): 9:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (JST)
Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays: 9:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (JST)

For same-day reservations outside of these hours, please follow the automated voice guidance and select "Inquiries Regarding Same-Day Reservations." Our front desk will then assist you.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Reservations can still be made at any time (24 hours a day) through our official website, so please feel free to use our online booking service.
