Keio Plaza Hotel will hold regular cultural experience workshops "Journey into Japan: A Workshop of Cultural Discovery," at the hotel starting in July 2025. Taught by Japanese artists at the Art Lobby on the 3rd floor of the Main Building, these hands-on workshops, varying from month to month, invite participants to create their own artwork based on Japanese culture and seasonal motifs.

your preferences.
Choose from the 'Yukata Experience,' which includes a one-piece summer kimono; the 'Simple Kimono
Experience', featuring easy-to-wear kimono attire; or the 'One-Hour Japanese Bride/Bride & Groom
Experience', where you can select traditional Japanese wedding attire, such as the shiromuku or the
iro-uchikake. Each experience offers a provides a memorable opportunity to immerse yourself in Japanese
culture.
Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo allows you to experience the comfort and style of wearing yukata for a day. Japan's casual kimono,yukata, is worn by both men and women, especially during the summer months.

Are you interested in the Japanese tea ceremony?
This is a wonderful opportunity for you to find out the art of Japanese tea. Tea ceremony demonstrations
will be held at our traditional tea room "Sho-fu-an," offering a tranquil atmosphere and is available to
both staying guests and visitors. Immerse yourself in this Japanese tradition while you are in the hotel.
*‘Sho-fu-an’ will be closed for renovation from May 16, 2024 indefinitely.
