1.You must present your EIC card at check-in.
2.Please state that you are charging your restaurant, bar, or lounge bill to your room at the time you place your order. If you do not wish to charge to your room, you will be asked to present your EIC card at the time of payment.
3.If a guest EIC card is not used during its period of validity, the card may not be renewed automatically when it expires.
4.Payment must be made in cash or by credit card.
5.Please contact our Customer Relations should there be a change in your home or business address.
6.In the event your EIC card is lost or stolen, a new card will be issued. Please however, but please sure to notify us promptly.
7.Only the card bearer can use an EIC card.

The Keio Plaza Hotel chain will obtain, use and store personal information about the Members (such as names or addresses) only for the purpose of the operation of the EIC and will never use such information for any other purpose.
