Terms and Conditions of Voucher Use

　 Only the Member is allowed to redeem points.
　 The required number of points will be deducted from the Member's balance immediately after their application is received.
　 For residents of Japan, vouchers will be mailed to the Member's registered address in Japan upon request, and we recommend checking the address on file before applying.　For overseas residents, vouchers will be handed to the Member directly at the time of check in. Please apply for your voucher at least one week in advance.
　 Preparation of items requested by the Member may take some time, depending on conditions at the time of application.
　 No changes or cancellations will be accepted after the application has been received.
　 Points must be converted into vouchers before they can be used, and vouchers will not be reissued if lost.
　 Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
　 Hotel stay, room upgrade, and late checkout vouchers are valid for one room and one night per voucher.
　 Redemption of points for rooms, restaurants, bars, and lounges is subject to availability at the time of reservation, and Members should check availability upon making a reservation.
　 Reselling vouchers is not permitted.
　 Brochure/Website photos are for illustrative purposes only, and items may be subject to change or discontinuation without notice.
