Dear valued members

The Keio Plaza Hotel group would like to extend our sincere appreciation for your continued loyalty and the trust you place in us as a travel partner.

This notice is to announce that the Terms and Conditions of the Executive Card and Plaza THANKS program have been revised and will go into effect on October 1, 2020.

The design of new membership card will be unified into one type. Please note that the new card does not include your name or the date of expiration, as previous Royal and Prime membership cards did.

After revised Terms and Conditions of the Executive Card and Plaza THANKS program from October 2020, the membership tier and Plaza THANKS points has been held until September 2023.

Due to the introduction of this new system, we have changed the month of membership to October for all members. For those who joined in 2020, the usage amount you earned will be carried over to October 2020 and will be assessed in September 2021 for possible upgrade.

Please check your coupon for details.
Period of validity 3 years and 2 months 3 years Your existing points earned through the end of September, 2020 will be extended until September, 2023.

For discounted items/services, you will earn points based upon the actual amount spent. (tax excluded)
