A Change in Room Rates for Members

Beginning April 1st, 2019, our room rates for members will change from a flat rate to a variable daily rate. Reservations may be made via our official website or by telephone. This change in policy will allow members to stay with us at the lowest rate possible.

We will provide you the lowest possible price at the time of the reservation

Accommodations may be selected from five different room categories.
From cozy and functional Standard rooms, to Superior and Deluxe rooms that feature spacious quarters, all the way up to our Club Floor rooms that allow guests to enjoy our exclusive lounges, we provide the best rates in their respective room categories.

The Best Rate Guarantee assures that the membership rates for our rooms are the lowest possible at the time of reservation compared to other online booking websites. The Best Rate Guarantee applies to reservations made up to 72 hours prior to 2:00 p.m. on the date of check-in. If you have found a lower rate than the membership rate, we will amend the membership rate to match the lower rate, provided that you inform us within 24 hours of confirming the reservation. Some exceptions may apply, as detailed under “Exceptions to our Best Rate Guarantee.”

Promise 2: We will do our best to place members in the best possible room within the selected room category

For guests taking advantage of the membership program’s rates, we will prepare the best possible room within the selected category, based upon available accommodations at the time of check-in. As a token of our appreciation and to maximize your comfort during your stay with us, members may enjoy the following bonuses according to their corresponding membership levels.

* These privileges apply to guests staying at the member’s rates and are inapplicable to guests on group tours or any program using voucher payment.
* Reward points will only be earned for online reservations when using the reservation system on our official website.

Exceptions to Best Rate Guarantee

Exceptions
1. Best room rates cannot be applied to special rates, such as corporate contract rates, group rates, or convention or event rates.
2. Best room rates cannot be claimed when using special membership deals, such as resort discounts, credit card memberships or cardholder benefits, or through other organizations that require membership.
3. Best room rates will not be applied if we are unable to verify the price you submit, such as with reservations sold by internet auction, joint purchases, or resale.
4. Best room rates cannot be applied if payment needs to be made in advance of your stay, such as with debit cards, electronic payments, and some credit cards, or in conjunction with coupons or vouchers.
5. Best room rates cannot be applied to discounted nightly rates for multi-night stays, early bird discount rates with a fixed timeframe for a reservation, flash sale rates with a fixed date and timeframe for a reservation, or similar schemes.
6. Best room rates cannot be applied to rooms packaged with transportation, meals, or other offers.
7. Best room rates cannot be applied when there are restrictions on check-in/check-out times, or on day-use rates.
8. Best Price room rates can only be applied when comparison rates are in Japanese yen.

How to claim
1. Upon confirming that none of the aforementioned Exceptions apply and that the room rate is lower than the membership rate, we will amend the room rate to match the lower rate.
2. If you have found a lower rate than the membership rate, please fill out and submit the Claim Form below within 24 hours of the reservation to contact us. We will review the form within 24 hours of submission.
3. This guarantee is only valid if the submission form is sent within 24 hours of confirmation of the reservation using the membership rate. This guarantee also only applies to reservations made up to 72 hours prior to 2:00 p.m. on the date of check-in.
