Dear valued members

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your continued patronage of the Keio Plaza Hotel.

We are pleased to announce that starting from 12:00 PM on Thursday, August 1, the Keio Plaza Hotel will launch its new Digital Executive Card service. You will no longer need to carry your plastic card.　as you can now use your smartphone, tablet, or other devices.

To use the Digital Executive Card, please log in to your "My Page" on the Keio Plaza Hotel official website and display the card on the screen of your device.

<Important Notes>

・ Data communication charges will be borne by the customer.

・ The card face displayed on "My Page" will be the Executive Card (black) regardless of the card type.

・ Please review the terms of use for "My Page" before using the Digital Executive Card.
