In October 2022, we made changes to our hotel reservation system to make it more convenient for hotel members.

If you are an Hotel member, by registering as a website user,
You can book using the member-only rates.

1. Customers who are Hotel members and have completed user registration in the old system

Please reset your password in the new reservation system and proceed to 'Hotel Member Best Rate Reservation'.

3. Non-Executive Members

Proceed with your reservation, or join the Executive Membership from the link below.
Hotel member application requires time for screening. We will inform you of the result by e-mail the next day.

Application for Keio Plaza Hotel Executive Card

The transition to the new system for Keio Plaza Hotel Hachioji is scheduled for November 15. For Keio Plaza Hotel Tama, the current system can be used as it is.
