078Keio Plaza Hotel’s 50th Anniversary Wedding Menu - A Special Heartwarming Full Course French Cuisine

2021.11.8 Mon.

The wedding menu "mariaile" was created to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Keio Plaza Hotel’s opening. An authentic full-course French cuisine, head chef Shinichi Sato emphasizes on our hotel’s distinctive flavors together with his unique accents accumulated over years of experience.

With delectable food and the finest services most fitting to a very special day, it will be a wedding that leaves a long-lasting impression amongst guests. Sato was under the tutelage of honorary chef chief Hirochika Midorikawa, who is a major figure in the French cuisine world in Japan. His special menu has around 40 years of devotion to French cuisine, filled with the pure aspiration that the bride and groom will be able to enjoy delicious food with their guests. We are also able to arrange for menu changes or a bespoke menu unique to the bride and groom. Each plate is filled with our warm hospitality and made with the desire to celebrate and bring the bride and groom closer together.

Since the opening of Japan’s first in-hotel chapel in 1975, “Plaza Chapel”, Keio Plaza Hotel has always added new and unique twists to hotel weddings. As we responded to the requests of brides and grooms over the years to make their wedding ceremonies unique to them, it also allowed us to continually pursue a form of hospitality that would satisfy all guests.

Even at times like these, where it is difficult for a large number of guests to gather, we propose our “2 Step Wedding” plan. The wedding ceremony will be held twice either on a different day or time to ensure safety, comfort, and peace of mind as you celebrate your special day.
