Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will apply according to our hotel policy:

  1. No penalty for a cancellation received up to 3 days prior to arrival
  2. 50% penalty on the first night stay for a cancellation received 2day prior to arrival
  3. 80% penalty on the first night stay for a cancellation received 1day prior to arrival
  4. 100% penalty on the first night stay for a cancellation received on the day of arrival
  5. 100% penalty for no shows

* Please note that the above cancellation policy applies to individual bookings made directly to the hotel. There are different cancellation policies for group bookings, corporate bookings, bookings made via travel agencies and through the internet.

Deposit Policy and ID Requirements

We ask our guests to make an incidental deposit of the total arrangements by cash or credit card at the time of check-in. The amount will be returned or balanced out at the time of check-out.
As required by law, the hotel must copy guests' passports at the time of check-in.
